Cad Technician

Headley have a new vacancy with our contractor client in North Leeds, a provider of innovative equipment and solutions to the healthcare sector.
The company operates in a growth sector, the work they do is of good quality and varied in nature, representing a genuine career opportunity where you will work as part of small project teams, delivering all design work on projects and playing a key role in shaping the future direction of the department.
This is a hybrid role, where you will work perhaps 2 days a week in the office and 3 from home.
Responsibilities Review of project documents to understand the scope and nature of projects Attending site as required, completing any surveys as necessary Supporting Bid teams with technical documentation Production of architectural drawings in Autocad and Revit Working closely with colleagues in project teams and with 3rd party contractors Ensuring compliance with appropriate building standards Offering support as required to more junior team members Requirements Competence with both REVIT and Autocad 2 years plus industry experience and able to work in a standalone capacity Aware and understanding of building regulations Good communicator, credible with clients and colleagues This is an interesting opportunity with a well-established and growing company in a thriving industry sector.
