Cad Technician

CAD Technician Toome - £30k+ Our clients are a well-established and highly successful company, that work on advanced projects across the UK and Ireland through a wide range of sectors.
We are looking to speak to candidates who can demonstrate previous experience with construction or modular construction design.
This is a full-time permanent role, Monday to Friday, good salary, private health care, pension, 28 days holiday.
Day to day: Production of detailed 2D and 3D Construction / Modular Construction Drawings.
Produce necessary manufacturing / fabrication drawings and details.
Maintain and issue drawings registers.
Liaising with clients to achieve design stage approval.
Managing and collating sub-contractors designs.
Creating drawings and concepts for the Sales department.
Experience Proficient in 2D and 3D Design including AutoCAD and Revit.
5+ years of experience Technical Detailing within Construction.
Ability to work on multiple projects, deal with clients and internal teams.
Knowledge of current building regulations and experience with BIM projects would be advantageous.
