Job Description Are you a dynamic and driven Cable Supervisor ready to make a significant impact?
  Comex 2000 is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our Infill PIA team in Scotland.
As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in overseeing field operations and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
  What you'll do:   Lead with Impact: Oversee field activities and staff, driving production and performance to new heights.
  Optimise Operations: Collaborate with the client to identify and implement cost-effective solutions, maximising project efficiency.
  Champion Safety: Foster a culture of safety by promoting Near Miss and Positive Intervention reporting.
  Drive Financial Success: Contribute to financial control by tracking project costs and ensuring profitability.
  Elevate Quality: Maintain rigorous quality assurance standards, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest specifications.
  Build Strong Teams: Develop and nurture strong working relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  Master the Details: Develop accurate project schedules, manage risk, and ensure compliance with all procedures.
  Requirements Proven Leadership: Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire your team.
  Technical Expertise: NRSWA Level 10 certification.
  Excellent Communication: Effective communication skills to build rapport and convey information clearly.
  Strong Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  Positive Attitude: A can-do attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
