Responsibilities: Craft quality itemsfollowing design specifications.
Select and work with a variety of wood types, ensuring the proper treatment and finishing.
Use a range of woodworking tools and machinery to create precise cuts, joints, and finishes.
Collaborate with our design team to bring custom furniture concepts to life.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Inspect and repair furniture as needed to meet quality standards.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications: Proven experience as a Bench Joineror similar role in woodworking.
Proficiency in using a wide range of woodworking tools and machinery.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality furniture.
Ability to read and interpret design plans and specifications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Knowledge of different wood types and their properties.
Strong work ethic and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience with custom and bespoke furniture projects is a plus.
