C++ Software Engineer On-site - Milton Keynes - Contract - £550-£675 per day (inside IR35) Background: We're seeking a talented Software Engineer to aid our exceptional client in the delivery of a critical new capability.
This role will require you to undergo security clearance prior to taking-up your assignment.
What will I be doing?
You will join a co-located team of skilled Architects, Developers, Software Engineers and Test Engineers working at the core of this new capability.
This team sits within a collaborative programme spread across geographically distributed sites.
You will support the development and testing of the wider end-to-end system, working with partners and suppliers to deliver key objectives.
The programme as a whole has developed a Scaled Agile Framework and Agile working practices, providing regular opportunities to both collaborate and to take ownership of the work you do.
What experience, knowledge and aptitudes will I need?
Proven track-record of delivering full lifecycle software projects to time, cost, quality, and meeting customers' expectations C++ on Linux (guided by Microservice architecture patterns) Unified Modelling Language (UML) CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, Zephyr or similar Containerisation technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift or similar Comfortable working to robust deadlines in an Agile environment EDI statement: As an organisation and as a team, Guidant Global are committed to fostering an equitable, diverse and inclusive workplace, where every employee and contractor feels valued and empowered throughout their time with us.
