C++ Engineer - Market Making

Paragon are working with Europe's fastest growing quant fund, they exploded in 2023, and have continued to be the top performing quant fund.
Part of this growth will involved hiring on desk engineers for their market making desk, you will work on a wide variety of systems including their ultra-low-latency trading engine (tracking nanoseconds) and research platform (Terabytes of data per day).
Technologies are modern C++ and Python.
We have a blank cheque for these hires, and non-competes are fine.
