Bvi Qualified Corporate Lawyer. Consultancy Work

We are very interested in speaking with BVI qualified corporate lawyers who are available for flexible consultancy work of up to 20 hours per month.
Successful lawyers are likely to have upwards of 8 years' PQE in leading international firms, have a wealth of BVI corporate experience, and be able to pick up further consultancy work imminently.
Experience in handling the following will be of notable interest: Public and private acquisitions and disposals of BVI companiesPrivate equity investment and divestment into BVI companiesMergers & acquisitions, consolidations and demergers of BVI companiesContinuation of companies into and out of the BVIAmending and dissolving BVI limited partnershipsCorporate governance of BVI companiesCorporate reorganisations and restructurings of BVI companiesVenture capital and equity financings into BVI companiesThe successful lawyer will be assisting a reputable international law firm on a flexible consultancy basis and can expect to be paid a competitive hourly rate.
Qualification in the British Virgin Islands is essential, but the lawyer does not need to be based there, and can be based in the UK.
