We deliver high-quality, compliant, multi-million-pound cladding repatriations & regeneration contracts throughout London and the wider Southeast.
Would suit a candidate who has experience within Buying/Ordering department.
This is an office based role, working at our Head office in Gillingham, 5 days a week.
The hours are 9am-5:30pm.
Overall purpose of role: Data entry of pricing, material spec and project specific information onto Probe Process Purchase Orders and Requests from site staff via Probe Manage the Plant & Labour Spreadsheets and update sites as appropriate.
Liaising with suppliers regarding pricing, lead times and deliveries Managing the Purchasing emails as appropriate to ensure all queries are dealt with Key Tasks: Support the Purchasing Manager in obtaining terms and pricing for supply of: o Labour (Non-PAYE) o Site Materials o Plant hire and skip hire Processing and sending purchase orders to suppliers and relevant departments.
Liaising with projects team via phone, teams and email regarding material requirements, budget adjustments, orders and deliveries Updating Probe with accurate pricing, project specific mapping and material schedule changes Manage plant hire including weekly returns, on and off hiring and dealing with suppliers.
Dealing with invoice queries with support from Accounts Department.
Independent management of queries and issues from start to finish with support of Purchasing manager.
To carry out any other admin duties as directed by the Purchasing Manager Competencies: Role-specific: Advanced user Microsoft Outlook and MS Word.
Competent user MS Excel.
Attention to detail, accurate data entry and analytical approach.
Excellent English language skills, dealing with telephone calls, visitors and emails appropriately.
General: Competent user Project Probe (training to be given) The following gives an overview of the non-technical skills we expect to see in our staff.

3-4 years' experience dealing with multi-disciplinary teams, data entry and query management skills.
