About the Role:
As a Buying Admin Assistant, you will manage a wide range of duties across cards, stationery and gifting.
Main responsibilities include:
Prepare samples for range reviews and photo shoots.
Call in samples/manage sample maintenance.
Manage the new line process; request SKU setup information from suppliers and accurately enter information to range plans within required critical path timelines.
Produce detailed competitor shop reports for seasonal and everyday products and share them with the product team.
Review and share quarterly competitor pricing reports.
General administration, data entry and reporting.
You will also have the exciting opportunity to support our revolutionary greeting card kiosk project.
Support will include:
Selecting new card designs to roll out to the kiosks.
Removal of slower sellers based on sales performance.
Accurately adding selected SKUs to the kiosk catalogue with keen attention to detail.
Strong Microsoft Excel competency required.
Qualifications:

Prior knowledge of the Buying Cycle or with a relevant Buying qualification.
Competent in using retail systems with intermediate-advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Able to manage a varied workload with a can-do approach and strong attention to detail.
Highly organised, proactive thinker, comfortable using own initiative when appropriate.
A love for products - particularly greetings, stationery and gifting.
Pay range and compensation package:
The role is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days in the office depending on the week.
Salary: £22 - £24 depending on experience.
