Buyer

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Buyer at Yewdale located in Wickford.
The Buyer will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials, negotiating with suppliers, maintaining purchasing records, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
Additionally, the Buyer will monitor inventory levels, analyse pricing trends, and collaborate with internal teams to support their needs.

Qualifications Experience in sourcing and purchasing materials Negotiation and vendor management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other procurement software Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
