We are recruiting for a Buyer to join a very well established, yet growing and dynamic global organisation within the horticultural market based at their UK headquarters in Ledbury.

This is a permanent position working Monday to Friday 8am-5pm offering a salary up to £35k per annum based on experience with the opportunity to work from home 1 day per week following a successful 6 month probationary period.

As Buyer reporting into the Procurement Manager working in a team of 4 others you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and cost-effective execution of customer orders, directly influencing the company's success with your efforts in cost-saving measures and supplier management being truly acknowledged and valued.
Key Responsibilities will include: - Develop and lead supplier selection strategies and manage existing suppliers through audits and KPI metrics.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure sufficient cashflow, payment terms, stock holding, packaging, handling, and compliance.
- Conduct supplier visits and audits to maintain high performance.
