Immediate Requirement – Buyer Our client is looking for a Buyer to join their busy Procurement Team.
The Buyer will be responsible for purchasing goods and services and the responsibilities of the role will include: Create and manage purchase orders for goods and services Sourcing products or services to the required specifications Negotiating pricing and delivery times Build and maintain excellent relationships with suppliers Expediting orders ensuring timely delivery of products Ensure all systems are updated Working closely with key internal stakeholders Analyse market trends and identify new suppliers Knowledge and experience required for the role: Experience of working in a similar buyer/purchasing role Experience in placing purchase orders and expediting orders Experience of using ERP/MRP systems would be highly advantageous Strong analytical and numerical skills A good communicator who can build strong working relationships with colleagues and Suppliers Team Player To discuss this opportunity in more detail please send your CV today….
