The Butchers Arms sits on the boarder of Canton and Pontcanna so is perfectly positioned for sport and the ever growing popularity of the area.
Made up of three rooms, the first as you walk in through the door has a real sports feel and has traditional stained glass windows, fixed seating and an open bar.
As you walk through the building the next room is a pool room where the pool table is situated.
The third room again has fixed seating and is more intimate.
This room also leads out to the front courtyard garden area.
There is a second courtyard area at the back of the site that is almost like its own secret garden.
There is huge potential to really make this 'the pub' to be in the area.
The 3 rooms have real scope to zone the pub, playing to the areas strengths of being an up and coming trendy hub.
There is scope to grow the already strong base of teams and also by engaging in the local community as t he area is constantly growing and being invested in with new pop up coffee bars and pizza restaurants.
The Butchers Arms also has a small kitchen that the successful operator could start doing own food to increase sales and profit even further.
We are looking for an experienced operator who is known for driving business in a community site.
This pub is currently turning over £3000 - £5000 per week on 100% wet sales basis but there is opportunity to introduce a food offer.
