Company Description Welcome to Traymoor Quality Meats, the premium catering meat supplier to East Anglia and London.
Established in 1991, Traymoor is a fully approved EC regulated cutting plant and fully SALSA accredited.

Role Description We are looking for experienced butchers to expand our night team.
Working a 8 hour shift 5 nights out of 6.
There is a real opportunity for the right candidate to quickly progress to managing their own team, with commensurate pay increase.

Role involves the preparation of quality meat, poultry and game products in our modern, purpose built unit for delivery to catering establishments over the South East.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate experience of portion control, boning and tying of all species.

The role includes other reasonable related duties as required.

You will be working with a team of butchers, within a friendly fast paced environment.

There is plenty of opportunity for fast progression for someone who wish to manage their own team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £32,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
