Job description / Responsibilities: - To cut and prepare multi species to required specifications from production lists, - Operating in a manor to comply with HACCP requirements and in line with Direct Meats policies and procedures and relevant Health and Safety regulations, - To ensure traceability information stays with the product whilst on the cutting line The Person: - Ability to work in a team.
