Company Description Coventry Orion FC is a new amateur football team based in Coventry, UK, with a goal to grow and diversify in the English football pyramid.
Our home ground is at Lyng Hall Sport Center, and we currently play in Coventry Alliance League 1 (Step 7).
We are FA Accredited, Birmingham FA Affiliated, and proud members of Coventry Alliance League One.
Role Description This is a volunteer Business Transformation Manager role at Coventry Orion FC.
As a Business Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for leading and implementing strategic changes within the organization to drive growth and enhance performance.
Qualifications Business Transformation and Analytical Skills Program Management and Consulting expertise Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Experience in sports management or community development is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field Role Responsibility Develop and implement strategies to drive increase in Club income.
Actively bring in sponsors Grants Application and tracking Oversee the development and implementation of a working business model and operation structure for the team.
