Business Transformation Consultant

We are currently supporting one of the UK's leading school trusts with the recruitment of a Business Transformation Consultant.
Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer you will work collaboratively with service leaders and senior colleagues across the trust to identify opportunities for improvement and implement sustainable change.
The successful candidate will possess demonstrable experience of the development and delivery of programmes of improvement resulting in transformational change.
You will draw on your knowledge of best practice to deliver excellent, effective and cost-efficient professional service innovation.
This will require excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to successfully build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Education experience is not essential however experience of delivering change within a similarly complex multi faceted organisation would be highly desirable.
The Trust are open to engaging consultants on either a FTC or daily rate basis and are flexible in terms of working patterns.
