Business Transformation Analyst

About the role Energy One Limited is seeking a Business Analyst with energy sector expertise to join our dynamic team.
Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, this multifaceted role combines Business Analysis, Implementation Consulting, and Account Management.
You'll deliver tailored software solutions, maintain trusted client relationships, and guide projects across the full lifecycle - from requirements gathering to implementation and beyond.

Support client implementations: requirements analysis, configuration, training, and customizations.
Provide expert advice to clients, ensuring systems meet their business needs.
Become a subject matter expert, contributing to sales, account management, and support functions.

2+ years in a BA/Implementation Consultant role, ideally in Energy Trading or a B2B environment.
~ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to software systems.
~ Self-motivated, curious, and adaptable to fast-paced project demands.
~ Domain knowledge of Energy Trading, ETRM systems, or Commodities/Financial Trading.
Proficiency in tools such as SQL and Power BI.
ISEB BA qualifications or European language skills (e.g., French, German, Spanish).
