Business Systems Manager We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Manager for our client, with strong expertise in Agile (Scrum) software delivery, Azure DevOps (ADO), and application integration.
You will lead a small team of Developers, collaborating closely with business leaders to prioritize development tasks and deliver high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities Oversee the delivery of internal and external software solutions.
Manage team performance, resource planning, and foster a positive work environment.
Build and maintain stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication across teams.
Manage third-party vendors while upholding high standards of confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
About You Proven experience in a Business Systems Manager or similar role.
Strong technical skills in MS.Net, MSSQL Server, HTML/XML, Data Integration, and web services.
Desirable: Knowledge of Predictive Analytics and AI.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
