As a Business Systems Consultant you will work as part of team responsible for internal and external reporting, back-office system administration, small change projects and data governance.

Key responsibilities Produce, review and distribute data and reporting accurately and efficiently, recognising and rectifying or escalating where quality standards have been missed Act as a departmental Data Steward – working with the Data Owner to take ownership for CST's data use and governance activities Support CST business areas in identifying, prioritising and delivering process improvements Manage the 'small change' project backlog, liaising with the back-office system supplier and wider Group IT department where applicable Work with department Business Analysts and employ key skills as appropriate during the change lifecycle e.g.
facilitation, prioritisation, solution option assessment, process mapping Co-ordinate user acceptance testing for small changes that are internal to CST Support business areas with business readiness planning Ensure all CST process documentation is reviewed and kept up to date Perform System Administration/Housekeeping activities for the EPSL policy administration system Contribute to Complaints oversight, tracking and reporting Maintain good knowledge of the key EPSL Business and IT processes Build effective internal relationships to support Ecclesiastical's "right first time" approach Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects for the wider department Knowledge, skills and experience Ability to process and articulate complex information Proficient in the use of SQL Server Proficient in the use of Power BI Proven organisational and time management skills – self starter and highly organised Ability to manage relationships with Stakeholders at all levels (both internally and externally) Flexible attitude and approach, and excellent team player Experience and skilled in use of Microsoft Office e.g.
