We are currently looking for a Business Support Officer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an executive support officer in the Environment and Regeneration Directorate and support the Directorate to deliver its key objectives.
An interesting role with a varied portfolio, you will provide a flexible, high quality and efficient administrative, business and secretarial support service to Environment. Working in a small team, you will assist the Business Support Manager in ensuring that day to day operations are carried out efficiently and support Manager and Officers of the Directorate.
You will be responsible for a variety of tasks ranging from taking and distributing minutes from high level meetings, recording and distributing information digitally, to managing inboxes and diaries for Senior Managers.
We are looking for someone who is committed and approachable with substantial and relevant experience of administrative, business and secretarial support. Ideally, you will be educated to NVQ 3 in Business and Administration or equivalent, or have equivalent experience.
