Company Description From our rural office in Horton Kirby, Kent, Cornwell Products represents several French and Italian companies across the UK and Ireland.
We operate in a niche market, specifying and supplying bespoke automated packaging, cooling and robotic solutions to some of the UK's biggest food and beverage companies.

We're a small team, performing very highly in a competitive market due to our attention to detail, professionalism and our honest, hard working approach to serving our customers.

Role Description A varied role, the Business Support Lead will be responsible for handling day-to-day business operations.
This will offer you experience in all areas of the business, allowing you to add value and bring new ideas to everything we do.
The main areas of work will be: 
Providing support for our project management function  Supporting the commercial side of the business as necessary Speaking to our customers and our partners in the UK, Ireland, France & Italy Leading our marketing activities - LinkedIn and exhibitions Taking ownership of the spare parts function of the business Planning and booking some travel *Possibly some travel UK and abroad depending on projects and workload but not an essential aspect of this job role This role is very much seen by us as a transitional position within the business, with the opportunity to progress into a Project Management or Technical Sales position in the future, or maybe something else all together.

Necessary skills Analytical Skills and Communication skills Customer Service and Administrative Assistance skills Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines Excellent problem-solving abilities Experience with project management is a plus but not essential *Experience of Microsoft 365 - Word, Excel, Outlook is essential Full time role.

Opportunity to work from home in the future, but initially office based.

Annual bonus structure based on personal and business performance.
