About the roleDuring your apprenticeship within the Cambridge branch your main duties will be supporting the team with quotations, viewing reports, downloading, and updating invoices, involved in meeting minutes, moving jobs through on MCM, ensuring all documents are up to date on MCM and general administration office work.
Another part of the role will be learning the rest of Facilities Management, seeing what hard and soft services do.
We will encourage you to get involved in projects.Accountabilities:Receiving inbound calls from customers/service usersSending and responding to email communicationLogging and investigating repairs.Completing assignments – apprenticeship.
