We now have an exciting opportunity to join the team at our Belfast site.
The Business Support Administrator is responsible for the timely administration of all documentation associated with the contracts.
This will include both paper and electronic administration systems.What you will be doing in the role:General administration duties as necessary.Process purchase orders for subcontractors / suppliers.Setting up of new installation projects.Processing and and setting up of small works projectsRaising and Approval of InvoicesLiaison with Regional Engineering and Installation Managers as required.Maintenance of Docuware storage systemProvide support and assistance where required to Head of Business SupportBooking Travel and HotelsWhat we are looking for: Fluent in written and spoken EnglishUnderstanding of commonly used office packagesA high standard of computer literacyAbility to prioritise and work on own initiative with an eye for detailSelf-motivated & confident with Logical & numerical aptitudeG4S Benefits Salary up to £23,840.64Workplace pension schemeLife assurance benefitContributory Healthcare SchemeEyecare vouchersEmployee Discount SchemesProgression, training & development opportunitiesRefer a friend schemeYou will just need to complete the following application form and one of our Recruiters will be in touch to discuss the next steps.
