Business Support Administrator

Blue Arrow is looking for a Business Support Administrator to join one of our Public Sector clients.
This is a full-time role with a 35-hour work week and involves shift work on a rota basis.
This is a temporary assignment.
Based in Barrhead.
Key Details: * Pay Rate: £13.96 per hour * Hours: 35 hours per week * Shift Patterns: o Early: 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM o Late: 2:30 PM - 10:00 PM Key Responsibilities: 1.
Call Handling: 2.
Front Desk Administration: 3.
Document Management: 4.
Inventory and Ordering Essential Criteria: * Experience in a busy administrative environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in IT packages (e.g., Office 365).
* Ability to handle personal and confidential data.
