Role Overview: Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial Finance, you will join a high-performing team of Finance Business Partners, each responsible for a distinct regional territory.
This role requires a confident and insightful finance professional, able to engage effectively with senior stakeholders, provide robust financial insights, and contribute strategically to the growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities: Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner, delivering high-quality analysis and insight to support strategic decision-making and drive performance across your assigned territory.
Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, offering financial guidance, interpreting financial data, and influencing business decisions at an executive level.
Produce and manage weekly financial reporting, ensuring timely and accurate insights into performance trends across multi-site operations.
Analyse complex data sets to provide commercially focused insights, identifying key opportunities and potential risks.
Support the development and execution of regional financial strategies, focusing on improving profitability and delivering sustainable growth.
Collaborate on budgeting and forecasting processes, providing realistic yet challenging targets aligned with corporate objectives.
Work alongside your fellow Finance Business Partners to implement best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the finance function.
Key Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience in a similar finance business partnering role, ideally within a fast-paced, multi-site, or private equity-backed environment.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate financial information effectively at all levels.
Experience with weekly financial reporting and the ability to manage regular reporting requirements accurately and efficiently.
A track record of success within an acquisitive business environment, with the ability to adapt to and support rapid growth and change.
