Business Operations Analyst

We're working with a leading software and services provider as they look for an Operations Business Analyst to join their Metering team.
You'll play a pivotal role in managing the complexities of a highly regulated industry while delivering innovative solutions that meet customer needs.

What You'll Do Support operational delivery, collaborating with product and program teams on software enhancements and industry initiatives.
Lead efforts on the Market Wide Half Hourly Settlement Program, ensuring seamless operational support.
Identify and implement process improvements, product enhancements, and automation opportunities.
Provide expert advice to internal teams and clients, representing the business in workshops and product development discussions.
Manage additional work requests and contribute to contract renewals by showcasing operational value.
What You'll Bring 4+ years' experience in the utilities or energy sector.
A strong analytical mindset, with proficiency in SQL and/or automation tools being a bonus.
Proven ability to enhance operational efficiency and implement best practices.
Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
A customer-focused approach, with the ability to adapt to competing priorities.
