C&C Search is currently recruiting a Business Manager/Office Manager to join a private equity firm, located in Central London.Candidates must have experience managing a team of EAs.

A high achieving and successful firm with a professional, very collaborative and fast-paced environment.Key responsibilities for this Business Manager/Office Manager position:Line ManagementLine management of members of the London administrative team, ensuring a communicative, coherent team that works together to ensure a white glove customer service experience.Office ManagementWorking with the Facilities Co-ordinator, ensure high standards of facilities management for the offices.Building strong relationships with building management & other tenants.Oversee delivery of Health and Safety policy and implement any new legal requirementsResponsible for office data collection and submission for ESG purposes.Ensure good workplace management including office moves, seating moves, visitor accommodation etc.Oversee management of vendors, ensuring strong vendor management for administration functionEventsOversee any events for the London team including strategy sessions, socials, offsites.Project ManagementProject management of various initiatives including working with the Director of Administration to coordinate office moves and integration projects.Support for CEOWork closely with the CPO & COO to deliver tasks as required by the business e. assisting in the delivery of ExCo meetings.CommunicationsKey contact for team communications on office & operational projects.ITWork closely with the IT team to ensure a seamless and effective service between the administrative function and IT for the wider team.Philanthropy/DEIMember of the DEI committee, spearheading initiatives within the London office and philanthropy representative .What background and experience are the company looking for?Proven line management experienceAn organised self-starter who can manage and prioritise concurrent projects and assignments to successful completion within defined deadlinesComfortable working in fast paced, highly professional environments with a growing & changing team is preferredWho is taking care of the client and candidate applications for this position?Anna Fiddes-Barwick For this role, C&C Search is acting as an employment agency.At C&C Search diversity, equity and inclusion are at the core of who we are and how we operate.
