Business Manager

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a long-established, small, successful and friendly engineering company based at Redhill.
You will have already achieved an excellent career record working in senior sales management positions within the private manufacturing sector.
You will be fully commercially aware and possess advanced people skills.
The need is for a pro-active, broad-based and versatile senior executive who will head up the Companys marketing and sales activities whilst contributing substantially to the overall leadership, direction and development of the business and overseeing financial affairs.
The Business Managers varied work responsibilities will include; Refining the Companys routes to market and sales strategies Administration routines, together with overseeing the development of improved financial controls and data for the management team.
Utilising the installed Sage 200 system.
Requirements; Candidates must be able to travel daily to Redhill, Be fully computer literate and preferably have a good working knowledge of Sage 200.
The ability to be able to communicate well at all levels.
