What youll do Mentor new and experienced staff, coaching for performance and instruction as required Identify skills gaps and coordinating development actions and training interventions for the team to excel in their roles and progress further within the company Daily, weekly and monthly monitoring and interrogation of a sophisticated range of KPI reports Utilise Management Information tools to monitor performance, trends, and best practice Manage local funder partnerships and attend specific meetings, events as invited and as proactively arranged to ensure the relationships is effective Prepare and deliver presentations at partner, stakeholder, and community events Monitor and manage of expenditure, budgets, and forecasting.
What youll need Level 2 English and Maths as a minimum Educational attainment of either a degree or equivalent or alternatively A-Level or equivalent attainment plus at least 2 years of high-quality line management experience in a target orientated business environment Experience of sales management including the supervision of an individuals'/teams delivery and/or output (minimum 6 months experience) Experience of people management including supporting, mentoring, and coaching and developing an individual Desirable IEP L2 Sector Introduction.
Overseas equivalent qualifications will be accepted.
