Created by renowned cosmetic surgeon Dr. Yannis Alexandrides, 111SKIN provides high-quality skincare solutions to meet the demands of modern luxury consumers.
Position Overview: As the Business Manager for 111SKIN, you will be responsible for driving brand visibility, sales, and overall performance, reporting in to the National Controller UK.
You will work closely with department store partners to ensure that the 111SKIN brand is presented at the highest level, providing an exceptional customer experience while driving revenue growth.
This role requires an individual who thrives in a luxury retail environment, possesses strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and has a passion for skincare and beauty.
Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development Sales Target Achievement: Ensure the brand meets and exceeds sales targets in store location.
Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase product penetration and brand presence across assigned store.
Merchandising: Oversee visual merchandising standards to ensure the brand is presented in alignment with 111SKIN's luxury image.
Promotions & Events: Plan and execute in-store promotional activities, events, and product launches to drive customer engagement and sales.
Retail Relationship Management Department Store Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key department store partners and stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for all retail-related matters.
Training & Development: Provide training and development for the retail teams to ensure they have comprehensive knowledge of 111SKIN products and can offer superior customer service.
Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance, stock levels, customer feedback, and competitor activities to ensure the business stays competitive and aligned with market trends.
Customer Experience & Brand Representation Luxury Customer Service: Lead by example in providing an exceptional customer experience, ensuring the 111SKIN brand delivers a luxury and personalized service in-store.
Brand Advocacy: Represent the 111SKIN brand in a professional manner, ensuring its values and high standards are upheld at all times.
Customer Insights: Gather feedback from customers and retail staff to provide valuable insights for product development, marketing strategies, and customer preferences.
Team Leadership & Collaboration Team Management: Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of Beauty Advisors.
Cross-Department Communication: Collaborate with the 111SKIN Head Office team to ensure alignment on stock levels, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
Key Skills & Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in a retail or luxury brand management role, with a proven track record in sales, business development, and luxury retail.
Luxury Retail Expertise: A strong understanding of the luxury retail environment.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating teams, ensuring high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
Skincare Knowledge: A passion for and knowledge of skincare products, with a particular interest in luxury or high-performance beauty brands.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external retail partners.
Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, assess, and drive performance metrics.
Flexibility & Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
Personal Attributes: Enthusiastic, results-driven, and customer-focused with a strong eye for detail and high standards of presentation.
