Job DescriptionAutomotive / Motor Trade Business ManagerMy client who is a main car dealer who is seeking to recruit a Transaction Manager / Business Manager.
You may have previously worked as a Business Manager, Sales Controller or Senior Sales Executive within a main car dealership.Job Role – Transaction Manager / Business ManagerSalary – circa £20,000 basic / OTE £50,000Location – Dartford, Greater London Transaction Manager / Business Manager Role: Reporting to the General Sales Manager, you will be coordinating the daily activities of the Sales ExecutivesFocusing on enquiry management process, controlling sales deals, second-facing where neededFocus on your ability to sell financial solutions to our customers whilst ensuring FCA compliance at all times.
Additional Experience: Ideally, you will be either a Senior Sales Executive, Business Manager, Sales Controller or Transaction Manager working within the Automotive industry.Support and training will be given to build on your existing knowledge of systems and to comply with FSA regulationThis is a fast paced environment and you will need to be professional, approachable enthusiastic to drive the performance of your team.
