Job DescriptionHungry, passionate, and energetic Business Manager required by my Main Dealer in the Basingstoke area in Hampshire.Job Role – Business ManagerJob Location – Basingstoke, Hampshire (commutable from surrounding towns Farnborough, Newbury, Winchester, Alton)Salary – 25k basic / 40k OTE plus car & fuelBusiness Manager Role:Reporting to the General Sales Manager, you will be coordinating the daily activities of the Sales ExecutivesFocusing on enquiry management process, controlling sales deals, second-facing where neededFocus on your ability to sell financial solutions to our customers whilst ensuring FCA compliance at all times.Experience:Deputising for the Sales Manager as and when requiredSeeking someone who wants to further develop there careerIdeally, you will be either a Business Manager, Sales Transaction Manager or Sales Controller working in a main dealer environment.Support and training will be given to build on your existing knowledge of systems and to comply with FSA regulationThis is a fast paced environment and you will need to be professional, approachable enthusiastic to drive the performance of your team.Package: Basic £ 25,000 / OTE £ 40,000Additional Info: Car and Fuel allowanceHours: Weekly rota plus 1 in 3 SundaysThis is a fantastic opportunity with an exciting brand working for a market leading dealership group.
