We are recruiting a Business Intelligence Developer to join the team and delivery clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders internally and in client teams.

Responsibilities Translating business requirements into analytical solutions using the most appropriate techniques.
Translate technical output into transparent and actionable business insights.
Building and communicating data-driven business cases and strategies.
Stakeholder engagement and ability to present to an audience with varied business and technical background.
Key Skills Extracting descriptive and diagnostic insights from a range of data.
Converting data-driven insights into actionable business decisions.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, product managers, and operations.
Leveraging data insights to inform and shape business strategies and decisions.
Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
At least 1 - 2 years' of experience in quantitative analytics or data modelling Proficient user of data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and experience in crafting data-driven narratives.
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with machine learning concepts and their applications to business problems.
