About the role To carry out daily audits across MRN, Sopp+Sopp, AAR & AGL teams, driving best practice and working closely with the teams to support and add value to the companies continuous improvement plan. Key responsibilities Complete a set quota of various audits across all Activate Group sites to ensure that process is being adequately followed, KPIs and SLAs are met, and non-conformance and development needs are documented. Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures by analysing and reviewing records, reports, operating practices and documentation. Use and complete the audit templates and provide root cause analysis of performance on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Become the expert for the teams you are responsible for, ensuring you keep up to date with any changes to process or workload. Maintain a good knowledge of all processes and procedures in each department.
Attend refresher and update training sessions in order to add and maintain a meaningful audit template. Attend audit calibration sessions once a month to assure you remain consistent with the rest of the team.
(these sessions will rotate between each site) Any other tasks defined from time to time as required on an ad hoc basis Skills and experience Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Good problem-solving skills Pragmatic and analytical thinking Good understanding of operational processes and procedures Excellent time management skills and evidence of self-motivation Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Ability to build and maintain good relationships with customers and partners at all levels.
