Business Improvement Officer (Administrator) Widnes £15-£16 per hour (umbrella) Full Time Contract (2-3 months) Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Business Improvement Officer in Widnes.
This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours.
The job: * To maintain the Business Improvement and Growth Team Property Database.
This will include liaising with, in excess of, sixty commercial property agents and landlords * To maintain the Business Improvement and Growth Team Client Management Database * To arrange, when necessary, site visits to specific properties or development sites for potential investors.
