Job Position: Business Graduate – via the Graduate Development Programme? The skills required for exceptional client delivery include natural curiosity, proactivity, adaptability, effective communication and problem solving.  Mentoring: Thrive under the guidance of our experienced Delivery Managers and Technical Trainers.
They'll be your go-to, offering support, insights, sharing experiences.  Progression: Starting as an Analyst with the potential to progress into a Lead Analyst after two years, you will pick up invaluable skills and complete a minimum of 6 industry recognised accreditations during your time on the programme.  Accreditations: BCS Foundation, Agile Practitioner, CMI Level 5 plus flexible training budget     What makes a great Grayce Analyst?   2:1 Undergraduate Degree: We're open to applicants from all undergraduate backgrounds.  Analytical Problem Solving: We're looking for analytical minds that can spot patterns and think creatively.
