What You'll Be Doing Identifying and securing new business opportunities in the Logistics technology recruitment sector.
Building and nurturing strong relationships with potential clients across the UK and Europe.
Delivering confident and engaging presentations to senior decision-makers.
Collaborating with our team to provide tailored recruitment solutions that meet client needs.
Achieving agreed revenue targets and playing a key role in growing the business.
What We're Looking For Proven experience in business development, ideally within recruitment or a similar industry.
Outstanding networking and interpersonal skills, both in person and online.
A strong ability to present and influence at all organisational levels.
Self-motivation and a proactive approach to building new relationships.
Midlands-based, with the flexibility to travel to meet clients across the UK and Europe.
