Position Overview: Kabin is seeking a motivated, energetic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic sales team.
This role is ideal for a highly driven individual looking to jumpstart their career in sales within a fast-paced and innovative environment.
The BDR will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by conducting targeted high-volume cold outreach, including cold calling and emailing, as well as managing initial lead qualification meetings.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in building our sales pipeline and contributing to our overall growth strategy.

Location: Kabin offices and showroom are in Clerkenwell, London, EC1
Key Responsibilities: Conduct daily cold calling, and create email campaigns to prospective clients and influencers such as interior designers, with a focus on generating new leads and scheduling qualification meetings.
Research and identify potential clients, understanding their needs and how Kabin's solutions can meet those needs.
Research and suggest new markets and types of clients that would benefit from Kabin's unique offering.
Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for the next steps.
Connect with leads to learn about their business needs and see if Kabin's solutions are a good fit for them.
Document all activities and interactions in CRM software with attention to detail.
Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales targets.
Work closely with sales and marketing colleagues to refine outreach strategies and messaging based on market feedback.
Participate in sales training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge about Kabin's products and the industry.
Qualifications: Graduate/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Strong desire to pursue a career in sales, with a focus on cold outreach strategies.
Confidence in one's communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively over the phone and via email.
Self-motivated and disciplined, with a high level of energy and drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Basic proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
No prior sales experience is required, but a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
