We're looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join a growing team and contribute to an innovative platform that helps large enterprises protect their most valuable asset—data.
About the Role: As a BDR, you'll play a key role in building sales pipeline and helping drive business growth.
Working closely with Account Executives (AEs), your main responsibility will be to generate qualified leads and discovery meetings with enterprise-level prospects.
You'll be part of a dynamic sales team, collaborating on account research, qualification, and targeted outreach.

Key Responsibilities: Initiate and build relationships with potential customers through a variety of channels: phone calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and in-person events.
Collaborate with AEs to execute an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy.
Conduct research to identify key decision makers and champions at target accounts.
Personalize outreach, qualify prospects, and set up discovery meetings.
Work with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Utilize cutting-edge sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and more.
Participate in ongoing training and development, with opportunities for internal promotion.
Qualifications: Ideally 2-3 years of experience as a BDR/SDR in the technology sector.
Proven ability to prospect into enterprise accounts using a multi-channel approach.
Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience with a range of sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Slack, Loom).
Fluency in both English and German.
