They have been established for 2.5 years and in that time have achieved remarkable success having bootstrapped their way to profitability having secured numerous enterprise-level clients and are now in the process of securing their seed funding round of £1M.
They have numerous value propositions in comparison to their competitors by being a disruptor in an industry that otherwise is full of solutions that either lack the level of complexity when it comes to Portfolio and property management or are very dated in their appearance.
Our client has built a solution with customer experience at the forefront whilst giving them access to a wealth of functionality that other platforms simply are unable to achieve.
About the position As a BDR you will play a critical part within our clients growth journey by supporting them to establish best practice within the BDR function.
This will include.
Become a subject matter expert on the product and its value proposition.
Map out the ICP and Personas and start to create prospect lists to target.
(LinkedIn Sales Nav & Cognism) Build out your own sales cadences consisting of multi-touch, multi-channel methods.
Gain a deep understanding into the prospects current people, processes, technology to identify pain points where the solution will add value.
Book meetings for the Founder to run Demos and sit in with Demos to give yourself learning opportunity for future promotion to AE.
Maintain all records within HubSpot, and Outreach in line with GDPR and other regs.
Bring ideas to the table for new technology to support you in your role.
A/B test innovative approaches to drive traction to the pipeline Required skills / Experience.
1+ years of experience as a BDR within a SaaS based Environment ideally PPM or Protech Experience building your own multi-touch, multi-channel cadences from scratch.
Core focus on Outbound Sales Proven track record of achieving / Overachieving your targets.
Desire to work within a fast paced and agile startup environment.
Experience using tools such as HubSpot, Outreach, Cognism, LinkedIn Sales Nav etc Nice to have skills / Experience.
Experience selling a PPM or similar solution.
