They require candidate who have previously or who are currently, working within the Facilities Management/ Contract Cleaning sector.The role offers£50-£60K PA DOEA generous, uncapped commission structure.Opportunities for career growth and advancement.A supportive and collaborative work environment.Investment in training and development to support the conversion of new businessCompany CarTargeted Incentives Full remote/ home workingKey Responsibilities include but aren't restricted to;Identifying and searching for potential clients through research, cold-calling, networking, and territory mappingBuilding and maintaining relationships with current and prospective clients to generate new salesConduct thorough research on market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategiesUnderstand clients' cleaning needs and provide customised solutions to meet their requirementsCollaborate with the operations team to ensure quality service delivery and client satisfactionConduct professional and persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our servicesRegularly meet and exceed sales targetsReport to the Sales Manager on KPI's and revenue targetsMaintain accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM systemKeep up to date with industry trends and participate in training and development activities to enhance sales skillsAttend Networking events to support new client conversionPreferred Qualifications:Direct experience of selling within the contract cleaning industryProven track record of meeting and/or exceeding sales targetsStrong communication and negotiation skillsExcellent time-management and organisational skillsSelf-motivated and results-drivenProficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteValid driver's licenseOur client is interested in someone who demonstrates good values, an ambitious and driven mindset and a desire to learn.
