Business Development Manager - Wholesale Our client is a leading food packaging manufacturer dedicated to providing innovative and sustainable packaging solutions to the foodservice industry.
With a strong commitment to quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction, we have established ourselves as a trusted partner to Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), B2B, Wholesale and foodservice distributors.
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our clients team as a BDM.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with QSR customers, B2B, Wholesale and foodservice distributors.
You will play a key role in driving our growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and advancing our position in the market.
Key Responsibilities: Account Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the foodservice industry, with a focus on QSR, B2B, Wholesale and distributors.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to provide strategic insights and guidance to the executive team.
Negotiation and Sales: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers and partners while delivering compelling sales presentations.
Qualifications: Proven track record of account management and new business development within the foodservice or packaging industry.
Experience working with QSR customers, B2B, Wholesale and foodservice distributors.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
A self-driven and results-oriented mind-set.
Additional Information: Up to £50k basic salary and performance-based bonus.
