Who We're Looking For We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Manager with a solid record of success in B2B sales.
The ideal candidate is genuinely passionate about wellbeing and people development and understands the unique challenges faced by HR and Wellbeing leaders.
Having an established network of contacts is a plus.
This role requires experience in growing revenue with existing accounts as well as securing new business, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
We need someone proactive, goal-focused, and skilled in building lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Account Management : Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing client accounts.
Lead Generation & Prospecting : Pursue new business through research, networking, and cold outreach.
Customer Relationship Management : Cultivate strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
Sales Pipeline Management : Maintain an organised sales pipeline via CRM, tracking and reporting on key metrics and KPIs.
Collaboration : Partner with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive value.
Sales Discovery : Conduct effective discovery meetings to assess and qualify client needs, goals, and challenges.
Market Intelligence : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes .
Key Skills and Experience: Proven Track Record : Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling to HR or L&D departments, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
Sales Expertise : Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
CRM Proficiency : Skilled in using CRM tools, such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
Strategic Thinking : Ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
Self-Motivation : Driven, autonomous, and able to take initiative.
Positive Attitude : Enthusiastic, resilient, and adaptable.
