Business Development Manager, Water Treatment

This is a great opportunity to join our as our Business Development Manager – Water Treatment .
In this newly created role you will be responsible for identifying and securing opportunities for Midea UK within this customer channel using previous experience and relationships.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work within the World's largest manufacturer of MDA products and in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the growth and success of the Midea UK business.
As the Business Development Manager- Water Treatment, you will: Prepare and execute a go to market strategy specifically targeting customer channels that sell water treatment products within their portfolio including water heaters, water purifiers and water dispensers .
Working with the Product Management Team to create a product roadmap to specifically target these channels.
Identify areas of opportunities within these customer channels to maximise brand and product exposure.
Assist with event planning and promotions, such as trade shows.
Brief in any trade marketing materials to support go to market strategy.
Work alongside all internal departments to ensure we have correct supporting infrastructure for this channel.
To be successful for this role we are looking for: Minimum of 5 years' experience working in similar role/environment.
Be able to exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by maximising delivery against set goals through acquisition of new business Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
Comprehensive Industry and product knowledge, along with a proactive approach to building strong relationships at all levels.
Experience with working with a Manufacturer/Brand.
Demonstrates ambition and desire to succeed in the Organisation.
Strong presentation skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
Interest in people and playing a part in supporting others.
Sound numerical and analytical capabilities.
Benefits Full time home based role with a need to be in our Manchester Head Office when required along with regular customer visits.
Basic salary starting from £45K per annum dependant on experience.
Other company benefits available including company car, pension and private healthcare schemes.
