TEAM Industrial Services are Recruiting We are on the lookout for a motivated and passionate Business Development Manager to come and join our Sales team on a full-time, permanent basis.
The purpose of this role is to maximize and grow the sales of all services and products within our UK region and be a driving force in the continuous expansion and development revenue streams.

Are you strategic in your approach to the building and servicing of customer relationships?
Do you have a proven track record of successfully identifying and securing new business opportunities?
Do you have an existing network of customers and clients in the UK Mainland region?
If your answer to the above is yes, then we want to hear from you Key Information Job Title: Business Development Manager Salary: We are keen to offer a competitive compensation package to the successful candidate based on experience and current market, therefore, we actively encourage candidates to disclose their salary expectations at screening stage.
Hours: 37.5 per week Location: Homebased/Office/Hybrid – significant travel within your defined region, with some travel outside the region as business requirements dictate Role Snapshot The day-to-day activities of your role with TEAM will include but are not limited to: Playing an integral role in the implementation of our sales plans and strategies to achieve business objectives Providing measured and targeted Key Account Management to promote growth Gathering intel in advance of your customer negotiations in such a way as to ensure that the company's financial targets are met To develop business strategies for Revenue and market diversity (Renewables and or other).
Maintain regular communication with your network of contacts in order to: Gather market and competitor intelligence to develop and present commercially sound business proposals for management approval Protect the interests of the Company Identify specific organizations as potential new customers Explore potential with existing customers for more and expanded areas of business Reporting on the progress of your strategies and performance About you The necessary skills, knowledge and characteristics required to be successful in this role include: Knowledge of either petrochemical industry, PowerGen, Nuclear sector, offshore markets Ability to collate and use data, develop high level plans and presentations Sales promotion and contract negotiation skills Strong and resilient temperament Results Driven mindset Passion for High Level Sales and New Business Development CRM familiarity (desirable) Knowledge of UK Renewables Market (desirable) Additional Information TEAM is a leading industrial services company offering an array of specialized services related to the construction, maintenance, and monitoring of pressurized piping and associated systems.
