Key responsibilities: Full sales responsibility on allotted territory, working alongside national key accounts and third-party distributors, achieving sales targets.
Regular field visits to review account development, meeting with key stakeholders, taking product reviews, reporting any complaints, and develop new business.
Develop sales plans for each account and product and review regularly.
Provide sales forecasts for reach product line and account updates in timely basis.
Understand competitors in the market.
Attend events and exhibitions as necessary.
To be considered for the role, you must closely match the following profile: Must have at minimum of 2 years field sales experience in the medical industry.
Experience managing conflicting demands.
Proven experience managing a high-performing sales territory.
Enthusiastic with drive and commitment to achieve business goals and targets.
Proven experience easily and quickly forming good working relationships with stakeholders.
Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
Full valid driving license.
