Business Development Manager – Solar PV £50,000 + commission + benefits
Within commutable distance to Corby - 1/2 days a week
Are you an experienced and driven sales professional passionate about renewable energy?
We are representing a growing division focused on delivering mid-sized ground and roof-mounted Solar PV and battery storage solutions.

Our client specialises in the design, installation, and maintenance of renewable energy systems, providing market-leading solutions for a wide range of clients.
We're expanding our reach and looking for a results-orientated Business Development Manager to help drive this growth.

Your Role As a Business Development Manager, you'll spearhead efforts to develop new business opportunities, focusing on solar PV and complementary renewable technologies.
Your goal is to build lasting relationships with key decision-makers across sectors such as commercial landlords, hospitality, healthcare, education, leisure, and government contracts.

We're looking for someone who is A proactive self-starter with a track record in business development.
Experienced in solar PV or the renewables market is preferable (product training provided if required).
Skilled at building and nurturing client relationships.
Knowledgeable about key sectors such as hospitality, healthcare, and education.
Confident in technical discussions and solution-orientated sales.
Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong connections with sustainability managers, contractors, architects, and consultants.
Drive new business opportunities, meeting and exceeding sales targets with best-in-class proposals.
Collaborate with clients to specify, quote, and design optimal Solar PV solutions, ensuring financial and technical efficiency.
Identify and share leads for heat pumps and other renewable energy solutions across the team.
Stay ahead of industry trends, attend networking events, and represent our client as the trusted supplier they are.
