A bit about the job: Aviva UKGI has the ambition to grow its business through the identification and targeting of new business prospects able to deliver increased levels of Contribution, Operating Profit, Capability, and Premium.
As a New Business lead, you'll join a small team dedicated to scanning the insurance market for strategic opportunities, qualifying them robustly & delivering new wins.
As a role holder you will be accountable for, building quality new business pipelines, business wins & delivering commercial terms that generate significant levels of operating profit/contribution.
Skills and experience we're looking for: Experience and a proven ability in strategic selling within the insurance market preferably with a commercial lines bias.
Proven relationship management experience.
Ability to network externally and have or build a pool of reliable contacts within the UK insurance market.
Ability to work across an internal matrix structure and as part of wider virtual team.
Track record of success in building new business pipelines and deal making.
