Circuit provides student laundries to 76% of the U.K's universities and over 80% of PBSA's.
Our laundries operate on an income share basis, and we take overall responsibility to the facilities.
This includes the supply and installation of the equipment, all maintenance and the promotion and marketing of the services.
Reporting directly to the MD, you will be responsible for increasing new business by targeting both existing and new clients across our full range of products.
You will use our existing relationships to identify opportunities for growth and target new client growth.
You will work alongside our existing account management team to leverage opportunities for our partner business initially focuses on Fire and HVAC.
You will have the freedom explore all areas of students and key workers accommodation market and the autonomy to develop new strategies and marketing initiatives to grow our revenue.
Responsible for researching prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursuing leads, and following through to a successful agreement.
Understanding target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients.
Collaborating with the regional account management team to plan and execute strategic account plans to protect and grow our revenue.
Developing and delivering presentations to secure new business.
Proficient level of computer skills.
Good knowledge of the English language, both written and verbal.
You will have the ability to manage yourself without supervision and provide clear strategy plans to the management team.
Negotiation and presentation skills and fundamental to gaining new business.
You will have a successful track record in selling products using a financial justification to demonstrate value to your customers.
